Cheetah Boats was founded by Robert "Cheetah Bob" Burns when he was 25 years old in 1963. Bob made it possible for the average family to afford a quality performance boat. He made owning a boat like this a dream come true for many. With a personal interest in every customer, Cheetah Bob was involved with every build and sale to those who partook in that dream. After 56 years of building custom boats, Cheetah Bob officially retired in January 2019 at the age of 81. He left his beloved boat company to Greg, Kevin, and Jason, all of whom are dedicated to continuing his legacy and the integrity of Cheetah Boats. Cheetah Bob's tradition of “professionally crafted boats for an affordable price” carries on throughout the new ownership. Featuring upgrades and modifications from the start of a brand new boat build to the final detail. It is 'Cheetah Boats' policy to deliver the perfect custom-built boat to each and every customer.
